  • Cultivated a comprehensive and critical collection of communication artifacts for the Pennsylvania Department of Revenue’s (DOR) $150M SaaS implementation to modernize internal and external efficiencies.

  • Marketed and minded multiple mass messaging mediums to motivate user adoption of myPATH: the DOR’s new taxpayer-facing system.

  • Inspected, investigated, and immensely improved important DOR correspondence resources by rewriting them to comply with Plain Language Guidelines.

  • Wrote and refined a rather remarkable repertoire of critical business deliverables, including for Leadership, Training, Testing, Development, and Change Management teams.

  • 2015 Tour Start in Warren, MI: Maintained more than $200,000 in combined equipment while traveling the West and East coasts over a two-summer period, interacting with over 200,000 Warrior customers.

  • 2015 Tour in Virginia Beach, VA: Reported tournament statistics, attendance, and inventory weekly, including content for digital marketing use.
